This item is in Good Condition with low miles. Item has minor wear overall and would grade higher if not for a small dent to the roof walk on the side opposite the smokestack. Lettering is very nice and illumination has been tested and works. This variation has the “Eastern Div.” lettering on both sides. Nice looking piece overall.

Box is in Good Condition overall with typical wear for an item of this age. One box flap has been taped with non-original tape and both interior flaps on this end are missing. Cardboard insert is in Very Good condition with some spotting, but is structurally in excellent shape. With cardboard insert placed in the box, this item is very structurally sound.
