This item is in Good Condition overall with some minor scuffs and wear. Includes Original Grey Figure, and Original Grey Mail Bag. Operating door functions as intended – door pops open when plunger is pulled. Door rails have hints of rust, but bottom and wheels are nice overall. Has one noticeable scratch near the POST OFFICE lettering on one side, but otherwise, the body is pretty nice, but could use a cleaning in some spots. Overall, a nice looking piece.
