This item is in Very Good Condition overall with some minor scuffs and wear. Door rails have hints of rust, but bottom and wheels are nice overall. Has some minor wear in high spots and some speckled blemishes (possibly paint?) on the roof. Note that these spots generally come off when lightly rubbed with a fingernail, but I have not done this to all spots. Overall, a nice looking piece.
