This item is in Excellent Condition and has never been run on track. Item is still wire-tied to cardboard insert and has never been removed.
** Box and paperwork have suffered water damage. This item was in a box that got wet and was removed and all contents set out for drying within one hour of the issue happening. Box flaps are a bit curled and box has some warpage. Paperwork shows signs of water damage, but is otherwise in good shape. Additionally, there is a small ding in the plastic window, which is starting to pull away from the package. Car is still sealed in cardboard insert and by my best examination is undamaged. It is a submarine after all... Item has been thoroughly dried out. Price has been reduced accordingly.
